You're in the right place if you're looking for support with a career related issue and would like a gentle hand to work through it, all through an ADHD/AuDHD lens. 

Find your joy session - what's it all about?

This one off session is perfect if you're looking for support to move forward with one specific career based topic which we'll talk through in a gentle, neuro-affirming way. You'll leave feeling more focused and with a clear, actionable, ADHD/AuDHD friendly plan!

We'll meet for a 90 minute call and work together to create a plan that works for you.

 

Here's what's included:

​

  • A pre-session questionnaire to make sure we can focus on exactly what you need from the session that you'll complete when you book

  • 90 minute session to talk through your focus

  • A personalised plan and any relevant toolkit resources

  • Up to two follow up emails to support you, provide accountability and answer any additional questions

What kind of things might we work on?

Single sessions are brilliant if you have one main focus that we can delve into, look at options that might work for you and uncover any blocks that might be stopping you from taking that next step. Some ideas of things that might work well for these sessions include:

  • Talking through a particular work issue that you might be struggling with

  • Help making a decision on something you're stuck on in terms of your career

  • Identifying what you want to do next in your career

  • Specific strategies for things like time management, communication, asking for accommodations

  • Planning to move jobs or pivot into a new career

  • Practical support with things like interview preparation, CV reviews or job search strategy​

  • Mentoring if you're looking to get into or move roles within HR

How we'll help you to 'Find Your Joy' (how it works)

  • Book a date and time that works for you

​

  • You'll have the opportunity to share more about you and what you'd like to work on in our session during the booking process
     

  • We'll meet for our 90 minute session (with a midway 5 - 10 minute break if needed)
     

  • You'll receive an audio and written transcript of our call afterwards, followed by your personalised plan and any resources that we've talked about within 48 hours
     

  • I'll check in fortnightly over the next month to see how you're getting on, support with accountability and you can ask any further questions​
