ADHD career coaching for work, careers and real life

ADHD coaching that meets you where you are

Work can feel harder than it should when you’re ADHD or AuDHD, especially in environments that weren’t designed with your brain in mind.

You might be dealing with procrastination, overwhelm, or constantly feeling like you’re underperforming, even when you know you’re capable of more.

If you're ADHD or AuDHD, you might be used to masking, overcompensating or pushing through burnout just to keep up at work.

Coaching with me is about understanding how you work best, and building a way of working that actually fits you, instead of forcing yourself into systems that don’t.

This is a space to understand your brain, build self-trust, and create a working life that feels more natural, supportive, and sustainable.

If work has been feeling harder

than it should

You might be here because:

  • You know what you want to do but find it hard to prioritise or organise your task list

  • You feel huge shame that you can't just get things done in the way that you want

  • You experience regular periods of burnout from masking, workplace demands or trying to 'keep up' with unrealistic expectations

  • You have amazing ideas and skills but struggle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome or perfectionism

  • You find workplace communication challenging, whether that's navigating office politics, self-advocacy or misreading social cues

  • Your work environment is overwhelming due to sensory sensitivities, rigid structures or unclear expectations

  • Traditional career advice doesn't seem to work for you, and you're looking for strategies that actually fit your brain

  • You feel stuck in a job that isn't fulfilling or accommodating but don't know how to make a change

  • You want to build a career that aligns with your interests and values without sacrificing your mental health

If any of this feels familiar, you're not alone. There are ways to make work feel more manageable and more like you. And don't worry if you're not sure where to start, that's all part of our process.

How can ADHD coaching help?

Coaching is an amazing way to discover more about how your ADHD brain works, bring awareness to your needs and start to create a life that works for you. Everyone will have their own individual experience, but coaching could help you to:

Understand how your brain works and how you work best by identifying your interests, your strengths and what motivates you in the best way.

Identify your needs and set boundaries to better manage your energy and do more of the things you love.

Create strategies to navigate work and life more smoothly around things like organisation, time management, making decisions and getting things done.

Advocate for yourself so that you can communicate your needs at work and get those needs met.

Manage your emotions and learn ways to support yourself and honour your self-care needs.

Reduce feelings of shame or guilt by embracing more self-acceptance and kindness towards yourself.

Increase your confidence and lean into your strengths.

Work with your brain to create a career and a life you love and deserve.

Working with me

Choosing me as your ADHD coach means having a coaching space that is led with kindness, curiosity and understanding. I'll meet you where you are, take time to understand your experience and support you with genuine empathy, without any judgement or pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Together, we'll explore what matters most to you through your neurodivergent lens, and what it might look like to work with your strengths rather than against them. This is a space where you can slow down, make sense of things and start to notice new possibilities.

A big part of our work is getting to know how your brain actually works, including things like your executive functions, patterns like burnout or overwhelm and how self criticism might be showing up. From there, we can gently build self-compassion and a stronger sense of self-understanding.

We may also explore practical ways to make work feel easier and more sustainable. This might include tools, strategies or new ways of approaching situations that feel stuck or overwhelming.

Alongside that practical work, there will hopefully be deeper shifts too to help you move towards more self acceptance, more self trust and a way of working and living that feels like you.

Online video call, telephone call or typed coaching options available

Tailored toolkit and resources to help put your ideas into action

Email check ins between sessions for ongoing support and accountability

Sliding scale payment option

£45, £85 or £125  per hour

I believe that support should be available in ways that acknowledge we all have different financial circumstances. I offer a three-tier sliding scale for one-to-one coaching sessions, so you can choose the rate that feels the most comfortable for you.

£45 / £85 / £125 per 60 minute session

This approach is based on trust, accessibility, and to honour the value of my work while making it available for as many people as I can.

Most clients choose to work with me fortnightly, which gives enough time to reflect, experiment and build momentum between sessions. This means the monthly cost is usually between £90 and £250, depending on the rate you choose.

You are welcome to choose the rate that feels right for your current circumstances, no explanation needed.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all coaching package. You're investing in gentle, personalised support that works for you. With two coaching sessions per month, tailored resources and check-ins between sessions, you'll have the structure and flexibility to make progress without the pressure of long term commitments. Whether you stay for a few months or longer, you're in control and you can pause or cancel any time.

This is support when you need it, for as long as it serves you.

Kind words

Before coaching, I felt very overwhelmed and inadequate. I've gained acceptance, compassion, and understanding of myself. Allie's coaching helped me through some personal life obstacles and specific work challenges so that I was able to better handle my job with much less overwhelm and imposter syndrome.

I would 100% recommend coaching to anyone with ADHD as it can help to develop a better understanding of yourself. I've learned the ability to pause and breathe when I am in the middle of an ADHD reaction as well as a better understanding of what works for me, what I find challenging and how to manage in a better way.

B, 1:1 coaching client

Before coaching I was feeling overwhelmed by choices and unclear of my path. Allie helped me to explore some useful frameworks for processing, understanding my emotions and leaning into my strengths. I think Allie was really good at creating space and asking probing questions, and had useful workbooks for thinking through topics. I really appreciated Allie's personal touches and being able to share similar lived experiences.
