Finding work that feels good can often be harder if you're ADHD, autistic or AuDHD, trying to navigate workplaces that haven't always been created with your strengths in mind.
You might be struggling in a workplace where rigid structures or unclear expectations make things harder than they need to be.
Or maybe your work leaves you feeling unmotivated or understimulated, where you find yourself switching jobs often or being unsure about what you want to do. You might be struggling with cycles of burnout, masking or feeling like you need to figure it all out alone.
What if work could feel more aligned to who you are and how your brain works - where you enjoy what you do?
Meaningful work shouldn’t come at the cost of wellbeing and it can absolutely be sustainable and fulfilling, whatever that looks like for you.
Whether you're feeling stuck in your current role, navigating a career transition or just want to understand how to work better with your ADHD or neurodivergent brain, I’d love to support you with ADHD career coaching and workplace support to help you find more clarity, direction, and ease.
Wherever you’re starting from, if you're early in your career, making a big change or just want to feel more settled in your current role, I'd love to support you.
I work with two groups:
Individuals
ADHD and neurodivergent people who are looking for career coaching and support at work
Organisations
Charities, social initiatives and purpose-led organisations looking for neurodiversity workplace support, including inclusive HR consulting, training and coaching
Whether you're an individual or an organisation, I help to make work feel more more human and better suited to the people doing it.

I'm an ICF-trained coach, HR consultant, writer, dog mum to my miniature schnauzer and late-diagnosed autistic ADHDer.
I support ADHD, autistic and AuDHD folks who are looking to make big or small changes in their working lives.
Coaching with me is a team effort, starting from where you are and creating space for you to explore what's important to you.
Having navigated the working world as an undiagnosed AuDHDer myself, I understand how it feels to feel lost, to be looking for answers and to want things to be easier. I'd love to help you find more ease and be more you, at work and at home.
