Allie is standing in some woodland

Come home to you.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage your day-to-day tasks, or constantly trying to focus on the right things?

Maybe you find yourself starting project after project, filled with exciting ideas but never quite getting them across the finish line.

You might mask your authentic self, hiding your true thoughts and feelings.

You feel like you're always on the outside, not fitting in, and it's leaving you frustrated, lonely and drained.

You're not alone. I've been there too.

These challenges can feel so isolating, but they don't have to define your life.

Working together, we can explore your unique strengths, develop strategies that work for you, to help you settle into the life you deserve.

How can coaching help?

Coaching is an amazing way to discover more about how your ADHD brain works, bring awareness to your needs and start to create a life that works for you. Everyone will have their own individual experience, but coaching could help you to:

Understand your executive functions and how you work best.

Identify your needs and set boundaries to better manage your energy and do the things you love.

Create strategies to navigate life more smoothly around things like organisation, time management and getting things done.

Advocate for yourself so that you can communicate your needs and get those needs met.

Manage those big emotions and learn ways to support yourself and honour your self-care needs.

Reduce feelings of shame or guilt by embracing more self-acceptance and kindness towards yourself.

Increase your confidence and lean into your strengths.

Work with your ADHD to create a life you love and deserve.

Working with me.

Choosing me as your coach means embracing a partnership rooted in kindness and curiosity. I believe in meeting you where you are, understanding your journey, and supporting you with genuine empathy.

Together, we'll explore your ADHD/AuDHD and unearth the unique strengths that lie within. We'll get curious in a safe space where you can explore, learn and grow.

Talking through my neurodiversity session with Allie I was immediately relieved and inspired by her session. Since my diagnosis I realised I never actually had a session to talk through what this actually meant and furthermore, how to find strength in it.Allie gave me so many options I’d never have known which really was needed and also talked through my own work processes and outlook to decide on the best steps forward. If you are looking for a lovely, warm and inspiring neurodiversity coach then I couldn’t recommend her services more!

Frequently asked questions.

Is ADHD coaching right for me?

If you're a late diagnosed ADHD/AuDHDer who is looking for gentle, supportive coaching to help you beter understand yourself and find a more easeful way to navigate life, coaching could be a great fit. Book a call or send me an email to talk through the best options for you and if it's not the right fit, I'll be happy to recommend alternatives for you.

What do the sessions look like?

We'll start by checking in on any wins or noticings from the previous session and how you're feeling this week. We'll then decide together what you'd like to focus on and where you'd like to start. I'll ask questions designed to gently challenge you to explore your chosen topic. With your consent, I'll share any relevant tools or strategies to support you. We'll end the session by confirming any experiments that you'd like to explore going forward and check in on how you're feeling.

When are sessions available?

I offer coaching on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with sessions available between 9am - 2pm. We'll find a slot that works for you at the same time each week.

Is coaching like therapy?

No, they are different. Therapy is usually focused on the past, exploring your experiences and understanding of their impact on you. Coaching is more forward facing, helping to identify goals and strategies that work for you.

Do I need a diagnosis to have coaching?

Not at all. Formal diagnosis, self diagnosis or just exploring are all welcome here.

As a coach, I can't diagnose you, but I am happy to share resources with you if you are looking into diagnosis.

Do you accept Access to Work clients?

Absolutely!

Do you offer accessible options?

I always want to make my practice as accessible as possible. Camera off calls, transcription, captions and more are all available. If online video coaching isn't right for you, I'm also open to alternative options such as telephone or email coaching.

What is the process to book coaching with you?

We start by chatting over email or with an introductory call which you can book here. When you're happy to go ahead, we'll agree a start date, time and the right package for you. I'll send you our coaching agreement, a short onboarding form and a payment link. Once completed, I'll send over the links for our sessions and we're ready to go!
